At Saptak.shop, we aim to deliver only the highest-quality products and ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, because our store offers both digital downloads and physical items, the return policy differs depending on the product type.


A. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (eBooks, Courses, Toolkits, Downloads, etc.)

1. Non-Refundable Nature

All digital product sales (such as eBooks, digital downloads, online toolkits, prompt packs, templates, and PDFs) are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instantly accessible content.
Once a file is downloaded or delivered, it cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged.

2. Exceptions (Under Special Circumstances)

Refunds for digital items may only be approved if:

  • The product file is corrupt, inaccessible, or damaged, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 3 business days.
  • You are charged twice accidentally for the same product.

B. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Gift Hampers, Merch, etc.)

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests for physical items only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item or a defective/damaged product.
  • The item was missing essential components or arrived in an unusable condition.
  • You initiate the return request within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Perishable items or food products (e.g., Diwali hampers containing sweets/snacks).
  • Customized, personalized, or handmade gift items.
  • Products purchased during flash sales or promotions are marked “Final Sale.”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@saptak.shop with your Order ID, product images, and a reason for return.
  2. Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
  4. After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund/replacement.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).


C. REFUNDS

1. Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be credited to your original method of payment (Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, etc.) within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

2. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment app again.
  • Contact your payment provider; some banks may take additional time to reflect the transaction.

D. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped or delivered.
Once an order is marked as “Processed” or “Delivered,” it cannot be canceled.

Digital downloads and instant-access files cannot be canceled once the payment is successful.


E. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Take clear photos or videos of the package and the product upon arrival.
  • Send them to info@saptak.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
    We’ll assess the situation and either send a replacement or issue a full refund depending on stock availability.
